list_remove question

So currently it will remove upon accepted and added to movie queue and not after its marked as downloaded? I'd actually prefer the latter and wanted to know if the list_remove can remove entries AFTER the movie gets downloaded.

So right now my config pulls movies from my imdb favorites list and adds to movie queue. The discover plugin is used to search and download movies. It is when the movie is found and downloaded that I want list_remove to delete the movie from my imdb favorites list.
