Sonarr + Trakt config question

Bonus question....
I would like to have 1 watch list go to sonarr (TV) and then have flexget send another list to another sonarr if possible (anime) I have separate sonarrs/nzbget for anime and tv to dl/post process both.
If and when I get a useful config working can I just copy it and change the ip/port/api key and it will send that info to the proper sonarr?
