Send to transmission when closed

Anyway: What happens is flexget is running and transmission is not, will it try to resend the RSS entries again when transmission is up? Or are those entries forever lost?

Also if say flexget runs for 20 hours while transmission is down, will it keep the cache of all entries in the DB file or if the entries are not "live" (busy or massive RSS feeds that change every hour) then it won't "see" them anymore?
