Problem after migrating and upgrade

For some reason all movies from my IMDB list are marked as watched on my new machine. I then tried to manually mark Toy Store 4 as unseened and executed Flexget again and after that I saw the movie in the movie_list database. I can only see one but the output says 11 movies

So my question is, is it some kind of missconfiguration in my config or is it possible i just mark all movies in the database as unseen with some command? Or is it some easy way to migrate some database from flexget from the old machine to the new one so everything downloaded on the old one is also known by the new machine?
