Download movie based on subscene available sub

The goal is to download movie based on available sub there everytime a new sub appears..

So I'm trying figure out a way to make subscene page and flexget communicate...
Now I probably could write some sort web scrapper to get names or imdb id / thetvdb id from each item....

1. But my question is, can flexget accept imdb id as entry for downloading?
   Or is it strictly to names only? In terms of accuracy, IMDB /thetvdb ID is better because some movies have alternative names

2. Is it possible to write plugin for subscene and integrate it to flexget? because subscene has "no API policy"
