Telegram bug in template

Hi,when ever i try to put send_telegram in global or include file (ex - in movie.yml) or in any template, i'm getting error.
But if i put send_telegram in a task , "flexget send_telegram bootstrap" passes successfully.

This is the error log if i put send_telegram in any template or external file ( movie.yml)

There is a FlexGet process already running for this config, sending execution there.
